Mr Vaughan-Williams is a Barrister (Lincoln's Inn), a member of the South Eastern Circuit of practising Barristers ( England and Wales ). He is a member of the Revenue Bar Association  an association for Barristers who specialise in tax matters,and he also practices as an Advocate in the Isle of Man.

He has acted in disputes concerning Land and Property, Landlord and Tenant, Town and Country Planning, for many Cities and  Local Authorities and on behalf of major Developers. Contentious Litigation and Banking Disputes are a speciality.

Mr Vaughan-Williams has rights of Audience in the courts of England, Wales and the Isle of Man and has experience of International Litigation and Dispute Resolution in Europe, the U.S.A. and overseas.
